Gail is a retired principal from Kawartha Pine Ridge DSB and union negotiator involved in Peterborough’s musical, theatrical and social communities as board member and participant. She has a Masters in Education: Administration and Research, a Certificate in Human Resources Management and is a Tax Consultation. She has worked extensively in the area of special education and administration.
Her passions are, soon to be six, grandchildren, music and travel. Her husband, Tim Rowat has been a wonderful support to the PSO by volunteering to design many of the materials you receive.
