Deanna Guttman, Executive Director
Deanna comes to the PSO with a passion for orchestral music and a diverse range of experience in the charitable sector. Her time on the boards of the Kawartha Youth Orchestra, PSO and the Electric City Culture Council have given her important insight and knowledge into the needs of successful arts organizations in our community. As the former Development Coordinator at Kawartha Land Trust, Deanna lead their community outreach and re-branding efforts and founded their successful monthly giving program.
In a previous life she was a Community Outreach Manager for Statistics Canada helping not-for-profit organizations across the province make the most of their Census data. As a Clarinetist, Deanna has played in numerous ensembles including the Toronto Youth Wind Orchestra, Durham Youth Orchestra, Niagara Youth Orchestra, Kawartha Youth Orchestra, and the PSO.

Sarah Lazure, Production & Marketing Coordinator
Sarah Lazure is a Peterborough native who attended the PCVS Integrated Arts Program for visual and dramatic arts. Though relatively new to orchestral music, she has a lifelong passion for the arts and enjoys many creative pursuits including photography, drawing and jewellery making.
Sarah is trained in communications design and project management, and she is currently pursuing a certificate in non-profit leadership. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Fleming College, and has worked as a communications designer and project coordinator with various arts and cultural, environmental, and service organizations in Canada and the United Kingdom.

Chris Reynard, Production Manager
Chris manages the magic behind the curtain at concerts, ensuring a professional concert experience for patrons and musicians alike. Although he calls Peterborough home, Chris’ work takes him all over Canada from musicals in Toronto’s theatre district to touring artists engagements from coast to coast.
Lorne Grossman, Orchestra Manager
Lorne is the orchestra timpanist and manages out-of-town musicians who join us on occasion. He freelances professionally and is also Professor of Percussion Emeritus for Upper Canada College.
